I have found the player on youtube the theme tune to the last of us part 2 but I can not find the tab to play on a 5 string banjo does anyone have the tab for this tune thank you

He is playing a six-string guitar-banjo so guitar tab can be used. You can buy a guitar tab here: musicnotes.com/sheetmusic/mtd....MN0215461

There seems to be no five-string tab on Internet, and it will be a lot of work to rearrange the guitar version (or the YouTube version) to five-string.

That seems to be the theme to The Last of Us (part 1). It is easier to convert to five-string banjo. The theme from The Last Of US Part 2 is different.

Thanks for pointing that out, janolov . Since I can't help him with 2- or 3-finger picking tab, I haven't looked too deeply at the music itself. When he said he found a video, I thought a link to the video might help someone else help him. Then I saw the links in the comments to Part 1 and Part 2. His persistence may pay off in the long run.
