Sounds good!  You might try the metronome approach in gaining fluency for more speed just a little bit at a time. I think that’s good for muscle memory and challenges our brain.

I thought your tone and TIMING were good! as well as your consistency. I agree with the comment about trying to bump up the speed with mentromome.Also wonder if you get tight as it does not look like you are breathing comfortably thru the playing as you lips are pursed. You look a little tense there. but darn good job!

Thank you all for your comments. I don't like metronomes, however, I realize that using one is necessary. I do play along with a jam track slowed down and working on building speed and timing that way. I was a little tense when recording as during practice I was having trouble with transitioning to that 2-5 slide. Its nice to hear good comments as I'm very self critical. I will try to incorporate metronome use into my practice routine.

Jeff, the great Kenny INgram told me" it is all about timing. Always has been and always will be."
I say this to encourage you to have a new attitude about the metronome. Put on some head phones, get lost in the timing of being precise and let the timing overtake you. just keep the roll going in time with it. eventually you will start playing and improvising with the metronome as a partner and all done in the context of the timing you want.

Ken, thanks. I've used a metronome when practicing vamping, today I will use it for rolls and try to get lost in timing and let it overtake me. I'll try some chords and licks with also. Great advice.
