I have some yellowing on my hide head from a previous owner that I would like to remove. Not your typical dirty patina. Is there any method for cleaning it so the head is back to its original off white color? I have tried rubber eraser to no effect. It is more of a stain perhaps. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

There is a cleaning product called Magic Eraser that seems to clean most things by rubbing them. WARNING: I have not tried this on a hide head so you should probably test it on a small area first. Good luck.

I have used the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on my hide heads - it worked well, with no noticeable ill effects.

Tried Mr. Clean magic eraser. Worked really well and took almost all of the yellow stain away. Thanks for the suggestion.
