Hi all,
I'm sad to say my Buckeye (#109) went missing at the Apr 29 fiddler's convention in Flag Pond, Tenn. It's in a black TKL case with a few stickers on it, including one that says "WWWD" (What Would Woody Do) and one that says "PREMIER" on a camouflage background. One of the strap rings is busted.
Any information leading to its return, needless to say, would be greatly appreciated. I'm offering a small (what I can afford) reward of $100 for its return with no questions asked.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
Jason Dilg

Man that is a beauty. So sorry to hear about it gone. I hope it finds it's way home to you. I know I'd miss mine.

So terribly sorry for you. I sure you get it back. Don't get discouraged - put you pics and info to as many people as you can - pawn shops police, music stores, craigs list, neighboring towns/shops, everyone who attended the gathering. That banjo is a diamond, hard to keep such a diamond hidden for long. Somebody knows. Best wishes! banjered

As a fellow buckeye owner, my heart goes out to you!
Also - these things keep getting stolen and all of the one's I've heard of make it home. The story typically goes: "somebody steals a buckeye, tries to sell it to a pawn shop, pawn shop owner googles it, police are called..."
Buckeyes are as unique as fingerprints and therefore Stolen Buckeyes aren't easily resold, or even just played in public, without someone becoming wise to what happened - you'll get it back!

Thanks for the kind words, you all. I appreciate the suggestion to let music shops around know ... I haven't done that.
Chip, it's #109.
