I just started using Tabledit, but I am having a problem getting the numeric keyboard in "num lock" status. I browsed the web, but everything I read and tried to use isn't any help. I have a Dell desktop. Instructions keep referring to the "start" icon, which I don't have on my screen. The lower left corner of my screen has a windows icon and there isn't a start icon on my screen. I am using Windows 10.
If you don't have a "num lock" key on your keyboard, and are using Tabledit and Windows 1
..0, how do you activate the "num lock" ?

Try this; control panel open the registry editor and browse HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard
Then you edit the value of the Initial Keyboard Indicators and set it to a value of 2 if the setting was 0. Or try 2 if 0..to active the num lock or not..0 or 2.
Another option to open Win 10 open registry editor?
In the search box in the lower left corner, type regedit.
Choose the result, regedit run command, look out for HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard...num lock..on/off.
Btw; ..ask questions from you computor ? if your using a tablet ipad ?,,because of this long space below your posts.
