Having recently been added as an additional administrator on BHO's "2 finger pickers" group, I figured I should post a 2 finger picked tune this week, so that I can post it on that group's page. Thus, this is Bob Dylan's song, "It Takes A Lot to Laugh, It Takes A Train To Cry", played old time 2 finger picking style (probably thumb lead - though actually almost entirely pinches), on a banjo consisting of a 1927 Vega Whyte Laydie tenor banjo pot wedded to a recent Mike Ramsey 5-string conversion neck. This was the opening song of the evening at Montreal's Yellow Door Coffeehouse Friday Night Hootenanny (Open Stage) of 2 September 2016, which I host.
Here it is embedded from YouTube:
And here it is attached from my BHO video page:

Marc..awesome picking, harmonica and vocal! Never tire of any of Dylan's work and this one is one high on the list. You do justice to all his tunes you have taken to the banjo!! Bravo

Well, thank you Chad! (But don't let my playing be the cause of any excessive drunkenness, now.)
