I have a Deering Goodtime special. Its Left handed and I upgraded It to planetary tuners. I refitted the tone ring and it rings like a bell, and the frets are not dented at all.
How much would it be worth to sell if I included a brand new case?

It is a current production banjo. Given that, dealers (who have inspected it, cleaned it, done a setup on the banjo and often offer a 30 to 90 day warranty) would price it at 1/2 the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). Being left handed it might be either quick or very slow to sale, but months to a year to sell is a possible timeline at that price. For a private sale, pricing would have to be lower to tempt buyers into taking on the additional risk. To reliably sell it within a few days, pricing it at 1/4th the MSRP, which would attract the interest of dealers and bargain hunters.

Pretty much agree with Rob. Unfortunately the upgrades won't mean so much IMO since the buyer will likely want a Goodtime Special and not necessarily a GT Special that has been upgraded. While it might entice a quicker sale, may not entice someone to give more for it.
