Hard to say, the company (by its own admission) isn't really old enough...
This is subjective, but I've always been lead to believe that for anything to be considered "antique" it needs to be at least 50 years old, so there goes that part of being "collectable". Plus, their instruments don't seem to be in that high of demand or in short supply (as compared to, for example, Martin guitars) to qualify as well.
I guess time will tell.
Can you post pictures of your Sullivan so we can get a better idea about it?

Did Bill make it? or is it something newer, I could see Bills work becoming collectable down the road.
