I'll be at the "ART on the WALK" Art & Craft fair in Menomonee Falls, WI on Saturday, May 28.
Those of you who want to see and play some of the many banjos I've built, and have discussed on these forums (fora??), stop by.
You can pick 'em for $0
In order to sell the iida and the Harmony and the Deering Goodtime, I had to make at least SOME modification, since the RULES are that nothing at this fair can be mass-produced at a real factory.
If the weather be good, I'll be there.
If the weather be crappy, I'll still be there., but I'll be even HAPPIER to see you sunshine smiles, through the rain.

Mike-
What a bummer! I live in Menomonee Falls...of all the weekends to be out of town...why this one. I would have enjoyed the opportunity to meet you and pick a bit on your banjos (note a very little bit as a Novice I be
) .

Rotten day for me. 49 miles, 21 MPG, $2.49 a gallon, towing the trailer.
$25 booth fee.
Sold NOTHING.
And couldn't pass out as many cards and flyers because I FORGOT the cards, and did not CHEXCK the flyers before I left Office Cheapo.
I had put the master in wrong side down, and had 3o or more BADLY pale, BACKWARDS
Luckily, I had 2 dozen or so from the previous batch, and those (I hope) will bring me some gigs.
