Here's a tune I wrote, "Enjoy the Ride," played on the Gold Tone Béla Fleck signature model baritone 5-string. The tuning is low double-D.
PS, this one's for sale. Get in touch if you're interested.

Thanks very much. Glad you enjoyed it. Why do I want to sell it? The truth is I've been affiliated with Gold Tone for the past seven years, as a street corner banjo hawker. I do have a strong affinity for this particular instrument, and if I don't raise the funds for it before someone else does, I'll definitely nab one as soon as possible.

Another enjoyable ride Paul. It really takes advantage of the range on that machine.

Thanks, Rick. Yes, I love the sonority this baby puts out in the octave A/D region. I'm not usually a fan of resonators but with this setup it makes magical sound.

love both the playing and the lowly growl that banjo has!

As I listen again I'm truly enjoying a ride, maybe on a horse-drawn sleigh or a sleek jet. The lower tone of the ML is soothing yet invigorating. As always, Paul, you have a gift with words in your title that equal and express your music.

Thank you, John and Janet. I really appreciate your kind words.

It is always a great pleasure to hear you play. This is a wonderful banjo meditation. I have experimented with bare fingers, but I could never get the volume I needed for jam sessions.

Thanks, Don. Your tone and spirit have always been a bedrock of BHO.
