Disclaimer--I just stumbled on this.  I have no connection whatsoever with the designer or the sellers.

If the dreads come with it, I may be interested...

Interesting.  Not my cup of tea, but I'm guessing others might find it attractive.  I've never been a fan of "death themes" (skull and crossbones/ etc.) painted or imprinted on anything.  That t-shirt does nothing for me and it's one I'd never wear.  However - - I do like the banjo's peg head there on the t-shirt, even if it's being played left handed and no fifth string.  And the pot assembly looks (vaguely) similar to a Nechville.  So it's got a few redeeming qualities!

The fifth string starts at the ffith fret in the illustration I was looking at.

In a similar vein here's one I made on a digital t-shirt printer, the artwork is cropped from an old turn of the century medicine advertisement. Dave

Perhaps the 5th string is mounted near the tailpiece, as I suggested in my reversable lefty conversion topic.

It reminds me of Kaliedescope's version of Oh Death. "Death is a banjo player, and he plays a banjo made out of a head bone with the top sawed off... It's got a leg bone for a neck, twisted hair for strings, and teeth for a bridge... That's so you can adjust them all individually."

Wouldn't Death pretty much have to be left handed?!  Or maybe it's a self portrait done from an image in the mirror --

Just another artist vision of the Jerry Garcia (RIP) Grateful Dead image. Or are we getting too old to make that connection?
