As with others, I would not be playing Banjo if not for Peter Seeger.



The Kingston trio hooked me, but Pete had the book.



btw - My introduction of a pretty blonde to Pete as an "authentic" folk singer as opposed to K.T. and Brothers Four etc. helped me land her as my first "put out" girl friend.

Yes -- I was surprised.  I'd gone into groups looking for the Pete Seeger group that I felt I must have missed earlier and when I didn't find one -- well, here you go!
