Got a call from a lady in Beloit.Their church is having a hay ride, and they're looking for a banjo OR guitar OR mandolin OR uke player who can lead songs for the event.
It wouldn't be for all 3 hours constant ( one should hope).
Since they can only afford about $75, it's not worth it (to ME) to make the commute from way up here, north of Milwaukee.
Around two hours each way.
But if you're anywhere near Beloit, or know anybody who wants to do it, send me an e-mail and I'll pass the contact info along to the lady who's doing the hiring.
Don't ask me for details, since I've already told you everything I know, except her name and phone number.
I didn't write down the name of the church.

Ok, there you have it.
Five days later, over 170 views, no takers.
I did call her the day I posted this, and advised her to leave notes on the bulletin boards at local music stores.
