I just saw that Charlie Daniels performed a tune for the soundtrack of this TV program, and he had Leroy Troy doing the banjo part. Here is a behind the scenes video. Leroy is at 2:10 (to almost 2:13).

I've seen previews. It looks pretty good. I'll have to give it a look. I think cable has the current season "on demand."
