I've been through my mental database and through my vast reference library and only found one similar peghead but it is not exactly the same. The peghead is similar to only one Washburn. The tailpiece is really strange and should be recognizable, but i don't know what it is. I'm thinking this is a one-off non-factory, but that is just a guess.

I have that same album cover and wondered the same thing years ago. Looking at it, I'm seeing a lot of similarities between that neck and early ODE banjos. The pot looks like a modified Gibson-style and the tailpiece looks like a serious attempt, not undertaken lightly. Pickwick records was a budget label and their LP covers tended to use a lot of odd images and graphics. It may even be a British-made banjo and the unique D-tuners and 5th string tuner may be a clue to its origin.

No it's a poor-quality photo shown normally and reverse. You can see the screw-on 5th tuner and screw-on D-tuners. weird.

Hello! I Picked up this Banjo at an Antique Store. On the back it says "Joker Trademark" I have not been able to find a single thing online about it. Any Ideas? Anyone heard of this brand?
