These have a fussy and lengthy prep time, but disappeared in under a minute--a definite hit! Also, they make a mess of your kitchen. More pics coming in just a minute.

Tha innards were fried in tha left ovah bacon grease...
On tha plate,thay went...30 seconds....n....gawn..!
4 guys ....them fried tadders...nevah stood ah chance.. ;0)

I don't like the runny yolk but scotch eggs hard boiled are breaded deep fried eggs wrapped in sausage. The ultimate portable breakfast!.

Those look great. I love Chile relenos, but I've never had these. Looks mighty labor intensive.
