Just another banjo build. Ive improved my steam bending methods and can get much cleaner joints on the rims now with a new bending jig. I also used a pillar drill and sanding cylinder to sand the rim to thickness.

I bought a cheap table saw to cut the timber to a uniform 6mm thickness.

I cut the frets with a dremel fret cutting jig (basically a mini table saw. Much quicker and really accurate than hand cutting.
