This is one of the songs that I wrote on my band's new cd, coming out on March 16. I guess this is my version of a "protest song," though it's much more about the people who stayed behind during the war than the war per se. I'm playing my Bishline Midnight Moon on this recording.

Thanks, sir! I hope I wasn't giving the impression that I myself was a veteran. Just a civilian songwriter, but I suppose if it seemed realistic enough that you thought that, it means I was doing my job.
