A few months ago, I told the big Helix that I'd post a sound file on this Cherry Blossom. All I can say is . . . be careful what you ask for . . .  big.

One of my favorite John Hartford tunes, played very well! Nice and clean, completely honoring the melody line, and I love the tone you're pulling our of your instrument. Very nice and mellow treatment. Thanks for that!

Thanks for the kind comments, folks. It sure is a fun tune to play around with. Still needs some cleaning up and polishing, but that's seemingly a never ending process. It also marks my 5 year playing anniversary and my first song post. Glad that bit of stage fright is now behind me. To be honest, looking back I thought that I'd be a better player than I am by now, but on the other hand, I can't say that I'm disappointed in where I'm at with it. All in all, it's been an interesting and enjoyable gig. Thanks again . . .

Zeemo and Helix, What a treat it is to listen to the combination of yoour talents.
