Did anyone catch the reunion of folks from Hee Haw, on the Country's Family Reunion series on RFD-TV?  Obviously all the folks had aged quite a bit, so it was hard to recognize some of them, but it was very enjoyable to hear some of the stories and hear the music.  Roy Clark and Buck Trent played an impromptu version of Deuling Banjos.

Yes, Paul, your girlfriend was there.  She's something!  The most personable lady you can imagine.   I jammed with her a coupla times at the Spbgma event and looking forward to seeing her this coming February.  I first heard of the Hee Haw/Kornfield Reunion show from Buck Trent when we were in Branson last May.  He said that he and Roy Clark had just returned from taping parts of the show in Nashville and we should look for it on RFD-TV.  What a hoot!  Buck said he was 74 and Roy was 78.  Time is not known to be kind to any of us.

Buck sure seems to be holding up pretty well for 74, but Roy seems a bit "slow" sometimes.  I just hope I make it to 78, so I'm not trying to demean him at all.

Buck died in 2006 at age 77.
