I'm in favor of a sticky, but I'm a little biased. I do think it'd be nice for newbies (and folks new to clawhammer/old-time) to the site to find it easily. Thanks, japus!

I vote for no sticky. It's pretty clear that people just ignore sticky posts and they just clutter up the forums.
