Hi All,
I hosted the Canote Brothers for a fiddle tunes workshop on Saturday and they mentioned that they will be performing at the upcoming Seattle Folk Festival 2011 being held December 9-11. I just checked the artist lineup and saw that Riley Baugus & Kirk Sutphin, Jason & Pharis Romero, Anna Roberts-Gevault & Elizabeth LaPrelle, and the Tallboys are featured among many other great acts. I might have to plan a field trip up to Seattle that weekend!

Once again, I realize that I'm living in the wrong part of the country.
But the good news is, Dan Levenson is having an open house jam in Yuma, AZ on December 3. It's only a 3-hour drive from Tucson, and I'll be bringing a car-load.
