I put these together as part of a Fulbright proposal to study the fiddle music of 18th century Wales via the 5-string banjo. First round decisions come back in January--we'll see what happens!

Is the name of this tune Fiddle Faddle?  Sounds like something we study in 1st grade phonics.



I'm impressed with your unique, handmade instrument and your mastery of it.  Also for expanding our listening repertoire to Wales.  I'll say a prayer for your scholarship, Nathan.

OMG! Nice. I have completely forgot about this tune. I learnt It like 4 years ago and now I will save your version of this in my song library of songs that I've learnt because I didn't have a recording of that one :) Thanks and well played!
