Bob Steele, a well known local radio announcer from Hartford Ct. would often promote putting cottage cheese into your scrambled eggs while they were frying. I tried it and it's very tasty, probably healthy too!

Quality 4% butterfat cottage cheese is great with tomatoes, fruit and salads. It makes a nice last minute snack if you get the hungries right before you go to bed. I've also mixed it with pasta dishes if it is on my plate!

add green scalions or diced onions, mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Linda Lou makes cottage cheese out of sour milk. She let it set till it curds puts it in a cheescloth and drains it, then get it out and stir then put back in cheese cloth and drain it some more. Then put in a very little of buttermilk to moisten it.
Then add your favorite and eat it prefurabley garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Paul according to Linda Lou's instructions.

Mix mine with radishes, green peppers, tomato, and onion. Leave it in the fridge over night to let flavors mix. Then some salt and pepper.

Either that or mix in some pork and beans. Sounds odd but I like it!
