only thing I would leave out the artificial smoke flavor and cook with the real thing, other than that it sounds good

That sounds good Micki!. Where do you get your wild turkey breasts?.
I'm guessing you just went out & shot it yourself! Ha!Ha!.
My Wife ( A straight shooter too) gets fresh turkey breasts & stuffs them with honey ham & provolone cheese or havarti. She cuts a pocket with a real sharp knife.
She pulls back the skin & sticks in some sage, thyme & rosemary from our gardens.
She gives it an egg wash & coats it with shake & bake or panko crumbs.
It's perfect for two with spuds & a vegatable.
The honey ham smells awsome when it's cooking!.
You can make gravy or use some of the drippings in one of those packaged gravy pouches.
Even buy a can of cranberries & you can have thanksgiving dinner on a tuesday night!.
There's leftovers for lunch at work the next day.

I got about 50 in back nested in there for several years. they are so cute when they come out to graze, they act like little soldiers in single file. One acts as the look out , guess he is the warden. But I got some friends in the next county, used to work for my husband, bring the ones they kill , fully dressed. I could not stand the thought of shooting one of my little buddies. I'll post a pic of them on my webpage. Man, I got all kind of critters . micki
