Traditionally I make a couple of Chicago style deep dish pizza. quite similar (my wife says identical) to Gino's East in that toddling town. I see no need to break tradition. And of course the variety of chips, dips and salsas.

The wife and I went to the gym this morning -- it was packed way beyond the usual. Undoubtedly people are thinking that stretching for a half hour will counter 5000 calories of food and booze.

Depending on number of wings, probably about an hour. Make your coals a little hotter than slow smoking. And you are right. Toss them in sauce after cooking.
