Hello to everyone..
Many of you know me as the owner of Lakota Leathers strap company.
Recently I received a TB/RB-1 shoe & bracket Gibson banjo on trade with one of my dealers. I need this banjo like I need a hole in the head, so it's up for grabs. The banjo is a complete prewar TB-1 pot assembly with a decent repro Gibson neck withe the correct inlay/headstock pattern for this year/model banjo. The banjo has an 11" full thickness rim but has yet to be turned for a tone ring...
Bottom line? First $1500 gets it and a free Lakota Leathers strap in the color or your choice delivered to your door anywhere in the lower 48...

OK, just got the banjo in.. I'm going to reduce it to $1375 delivered to a hangout member before putting it on ebay tomorrow. I never have figured out how to upload pics on the hangout, so email me for some pics..

It's a great banjo and it'd be an AWESOME banjo if you wanted to turn the rim and throw a tone ring on it..
It's got the nice prewar fat boy rim and resonator and a nice playing 5 string Gibson copy mahogany neck on it... comes with a decent hardshell case
