Hangout Guys and Gals,
I’ve added two PDF files at my banjo tips page shown below that are designed to be printed and physically joined to make a unique full sized template for accurate layout of fret and position marker locations when constructing banjos and other musical instruments.
Several scales from 22-1/2” to 26-3/16” are represented to choose from. The unique properties of the PDF files allow these patterns to print accurate representations of the scale positions. Save the files to your local hard drive and they can be printed out whenever the need arises. Follow the PDF printing directions shown on the tips page to make certain they print to the correct size.

And the nice thing about PDF files is that you can take them to Kinko's on a flash drive and have them printed off full size on large paper, so you won't have to join them.

Jon,
You could, but they would print them out as full size on 8-1/2" by 11" paper. You can do that at home. That's why they are two separate files. No need to do the large format printing for this. I could supply the PDF as a single full size print if there was enough interest, it's just not necessary in this case.
