I just received a Fawley necked Mahogany banjo with the Sullivan Thunderbolt tone ring in it. I just played it for a short while..for a
new banjo its fantastic... sounds just like a Huber and its gonna break in........Wyatt likes to make great banjos that are really affordable.....no hype or advertising..thats refreshing.2 thumbs up for Wyatt Fawley.

HI Chris.......Glad you're liking that banjo. What makes it fun....is when you can use methods and materials that fly in the face of convention...an build a banjo that sounds like that one.

As for hyping.....there's an old saying....."you can't sell 'em if you don't tell 'em", and I think it's more than a little unfortunate that we've come to a point that somebody trying to carve out a living and telling folks what they're doing, or what they may be selling....has become so offensive to people.

Hey Chris,

Glad to hear you are liking that banjo. As you know, I was fortunate enough to play that banjo at Wyatt's one afternoon. I gave it a good test drive and I'll agree it's everything you described.

Also, congratulations to Mr. Fawley for bringing another fine instrument to life.
