I'm just getting into the banjo. It's very hard to find a place with a decent low-priced banjo in West Palm Beach. I plan to buy a banjo with some of the financial aid money I have from attending Florida State University in the summer. It was a concert at the university that got me thinking about playing the instrument. I'm hoping that I can pick it up and learn to play music like Little Lion Man ​by Mumford & Sons,  No More Sorry Songs by Greenland Is Melting, Come On Eileen by Dexy's Midnight Runners, and Flogging Molly stuff. I have researched and I know that I want a 5-string banjo with a resonator. Now it's time to find the little guy.
