Notes: I arranged a version of this in Gmaj a few years ago, but decided to have a go at arranging it in the original key of Dmaj after our fiddler fell in love with the tune and wanted us to play it ensemble. It is quite difficult to fit as the tune covers two octaves. I have tried to keep the simplicity and spirit of my original arrangement, which I feel was also in the spirit of Jay Ungar's original for fiddle.

Notes: This classic waltz by Jay Unger has charmed countless dancers. This arrangement in D (double-C tuning capo 2 or aDADE) avoids some of the up-the-neck notes to keep it manageable for most players.
