I'm in my 40's and absolutely love music. I've always loved Bluegrass. Growing up in Brown County, Indiana, about 3 miles from the Bill Monroe Bluegrass Festival I've been exposed to quite a bit of it and some pretty big names as well. I'm really enjoying what I've accomplished so far. In fact, my 11 year old has picked up my "cheaper" banjo and is about to pass my skill level. It's amazing how fast kids pick this stuff up. I've worked in Fire/EMS all my life. I've been an ambulance dispatcher, First Responder, Firefighter, Fire Instructor, Paramedic, Master Firefighter and HazMat Technician and now I am a flight controller (Communication Specialist) for an EMS helicopter service here in Indiana. I love what I do and I love my family very much (even if they are all girls - wife, 3 daughters, dog and cat all female).
