Well heres my first blog entry ever, so be gentle.
Does any one have any knowledge or advice on converting a 1922 fairbanks Whyte Ladie from a 4 string to a 5 ?
Also, can any one give me advice on how to blog? I remember when transistor radios were the hot set up, color T.V.'s were a marvel, So although I can bang the computer keys I sure have a lot to learn about communicating..

I have 30+ years of clawhammer style, both in bands as well as in groups, I took some time off to raise three kids. My wife is also an accomplished musician and is my best friend, still. go figure. I also play guitar, dobro, and I am currently learning to play boogie woogie on the piano. I do love teaching as well as entertaining. I have a great interest in early minstrel up to some of todays music. I am a huge American history buff, special interests are native american life skills, and anything that smells old and came from the turtle island and the life and times of musicians that came before. we live in Central Washington,
