I have taken about three years of lessons as a youth from Ray Ball, in Spokane Washington.
Ever since then, I have messed with it on my own through the years, but now want to finish what I started, and learn more than just the three songs that I know. I am currently looking for an instructor that has a passion for the Bluegrass banjo the same as I do. These people seem to be hard to find in my area, as many instructors say they play the banjo, but either prefer other kinds of music, or do not have the passion that I do, which is Scruggs style. I also am involved with Cowboy Fast Draw, which takes up most of my off time.
