It has an archtop cast aluminum rim/ring, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard and head cap. I shaped and finished the neck and resonator. Inlays are mine. It's been a great playing banjo and with the resonator will peel the bark off trees. I play clawhammer on it in open back configuration with a foam pad in the pot exclusively. That way, it has a nice, sweet sound. Avatar is a pit of it and more on my BHO page.

	Colonole1 says: 10/10/2012 6:28:59 AM Wow, built the same one,mid'70s. GoldTone, Fla., upgrading the pot right now. Granada knock off. Mine is a lefty. Held up perfectly over all those years on neglect. GoldTone has kits. Only ones I found.
