I found these parts in a little bag from an old music store.. Any idea what they came off of, I'm guessing an old English Banjo?

Will Pettitt (Clifton, Bristol UK) was a performer and tutor. It was quite common practice for tutors to buy in instruments from a maker and rebrand them for sale to their students. I'm guessing the parts are from a zither banjo possibly a Windsor.

Will Pettitt 1874-1927
Also a composer for the zither banjo. Au Revoir Gavotte (1896), Early Morning Breakdown (1896), and Galop de Promenade (1896) were among his most popular published pieces.
As Steve said, primarily a teacher and well-regarded performer, not himself a banjo maker.
