Hey has anyone replaced the factory presto tailpiece on a Recording King OT25 with the Pisgah hawktail tailpiece?
Appreciate any feedback, tips regarding your experience and tonal differences you found.

The Pisgah has great visual appeal. The tonal difference is a compromise between a Presto and the no-knot. On most light-ring/no-tonering banjos I like the sound of the Presto and the Pisgah; in that order, and prefer the aesthetic of the Pisgah.
note: changing the stock fiberskin head to anything else is where it's at...

I tried the hawktail on a couple Bart Reiters (dobaphone and WL) and found it to dramatically increased sustain. It was surprising how much it changed the tone, moreso than any other tailpiece I've tried.
Tailpieces are a cheap experiment, and it's all preference.
