The PCOH has recorded, I think, two seasons of Story Sessions that feature local West Virginia musicians, playing and discussing their music. Most all of it is from the area there. Included in the list of participants are Dwight Diller, and this year’s Clifftop banjo contest winner, Trevor Hammons. Also Dave Bing, Mike Bing, Jake Krack, and Mike and Mary Sue Burns are featured, among others. The programs are available on YouTube for those that might be interested. (I’m sorry I don’t know how to provide a link. But if you go to YouTube, and search for Pocahontas County Opera House, The Story Sessions, they should be readily available.)
