People leaving town had a big yard sale.

I bought a 3 and 1/2 foot tall handmade Lighthouse with a light that works. $20 bucks. Took the whole back of my van to get it home.

  It needs a coat of white paint, but I have that. It's right now on the deck to be painted and put out in the back area.

Heck of a find. It's large and well made. 

Pleased over my find.

Giving this Light House idea, I think after the painting to make it white,trim will be red.  I will change out the blub that is in the thing, and use a LED bulb. 

Put it at the end of the garden path to light the area. That way it will cost almost nothing to use the light.

Maybe down by the wooden bridge? Not sure of that right now. Needs thought.

 It's electric. I thought about solar, but this lighthouse has a turret on top that got a wooden roof. 

Just use the LED and it's fine.

I checked on white paint. Nope. It's absolutely dried in the can...have to buy some. 

At this point, it's stained natural...and needs white, I think with red trim.

Label's kinda upfornicated, but seems to be "REED" or  "LEED", from Chicago.
