March 2003 Gibson F-9 mandolin in excellent condition minus one small scratch on peghead and one small scratch on back of neck. Dark chocolate brown finish, spruce top, flamed maple back/sides/neck, ebony fretboard, ebony bridge, nickel hardware. Recently set up with bone nut, plays nice and easy. Has huge chop in all positions, big volume, nice lows and sweet crystal clear highs. Comes with hardshell shaped case. Only selling because I'm more used to the small neck profile on my other mandolin.
