Hi everyone first time to this nice forum. I have a Sigma banjo which was made in Japan. The model number is SB-250. It's in good condition. I can't seem to find anything on the web about it. Except for getting reverted back to this forum. If anyone could tell me the value or anything about this banjo I would be most appreciative.

scroll down to Sigma. imho In good condition $100 plus or minus. They can be made in to decent starter banjos. I started w/ something similar.
Oh and read the whole "Asian Banjo" dissertation for some perspective on the times that banjo is from.

I haven't seen one in years, but as I recall they were halfway decent banjos, made overseas for the Martin company.
