Ron recently replated the hardware I had on a walnut banjo from nickel to chrome, and the results are phenomenal. I coupled the plating change with a chrome Hopkins ring from Ron and the banjo is an absolute cannon. I can't say enough about Ron's work and his prompt turnaround. If you're considering any kind of plating work, give Ron a call. You won't be dissapointed!![]()

I join Doug in his sentiments about Ron Satterfield's work at Nashville Plating. Ron has done considerable work for me and I am always completely satisfied. I started having Ron chrome plate my armrests instead of nickel and that has completely eliminated the short sleeve problem. Anyone needing plating - you can't go wrong with Ron!

He re-chromed a a tension hoop and a tailpiece for me; prompt return and the pieces look great. I've never understood why banjos have nickel plating. Chrome is so much better.

I've had Ron replate quite a few gold parts for me and the results have been consistently excellent. His turnaround time is very quick. It doesn't get any better than Nashville Plating Service.
