I have a Goldtone Bluegrass 250F and I would like to have set up by a luthier (new bridge, better tuners...).
I cannot find a good luthier locally North Dallas, TX.
Since I have to ship it to someone - I was wondering if I could get some recommendations on who to send it to, and what should be done to the banjo to enhance the way it sounds.

Consider John Ramsey, Tejon Music, Colorado Springs, CO. He set-up my Ode Longneck which needed some work from fret dressing to neck angle resetting. Also, check out the BH Reviews for 'Luthiers'.

Another name for set up would be Jim Yarboro in Gun Barrel City. He's on the Hangout here too.
