If anybody knows a good instrument repair service or luthier near Athens, GA, I'd track 'em down to have some spikes installed in my RB-3.

How close are you to Banjo.com in Marrietta? I was in town over Christmas and visited them on Christmas Eve. The banjo tech guy working there installed three spike in a few minutes and it was very inexpensive. Check them out.

Check with Jeff Solliete, something like that for last name at Gig Worn. He has done some guitar work for me and works on most other instruments. Does a fantastic job, reasonable priced, quick and professional. His work shop is in the back of the cloths business. Across from Little Kings. I believe it's Washington street. I'm out of town so I don't have his card with me but he does post on Craigslist for work so a search for guitar work on that should get his number and of course the phone number for Gig Worn. I think his website is AthensGuitar.com.
