Overall Comments

I had Ron refret my old rb100 with new wire. And, man it made a huge differance. I have lost all my buzing issues and my note are a lot clearer. Ron has been my go to guy whenecer I have questions in general as well. He does outstanding work and I highily recomend him to anyone. The best part he will explain what does to your things to make you are getting what you want. He is a down to eath person and I will be going back to him in the future.

Sound

This banjo is what I was looking for. The tone is very mellow and laid back and can be loud for those heavy jams.

Setup

The seup was don by Ron Coleman in GA. He done a superb job the action is right where i wanted it. There where no issues I took it out and just started jamming with no hesitation.

Appearance

The appearence is very is easy on the eyes. The neck is huundorus mahogany with a rosewood freet board. Then i have the gull inlays with hig end mother of pearl to accent the rosewood. The rim iam using is grinadilo in the form of a block rim. The reosnator is mahogany and is block construction as well. The over all finish is a satin look with white binding.

Yes the harware seems very fair. I will use this banjo as my mian banjofor years to come.

Overall this is what i was looking for. when i need more parts or work done i will go back to Ron. I would highly recomend him for setup and custom orders.
