Where Purchased: Ron Barnes
I wanted to get a set of Tuner Buttons for my Step Sons banjo. He graduated from UNC Chappel Hill, N.C., so I contacted Mr. Barnes to make a set of the Gumdrop buttons with the UNC logo. Ron made the buttons for me very quickly, and did a super fantastic job. They look great! I would highly recommend Ron's custom made buttons, and I plan to get a set made for my banjo. Thanks Ron! good job! Joe Hawks (banjo-joe)

Where Purchased: Greg Allen
Received my new Greg Allen Picks, and they look and feel very good.
It takes a little adjusting for the final fit, and I like the individual indexing for each finger.
I am use to a "picky pick", and I like the style, so these fit my personal taste real good.
They come in a very attractive storage/display box, and with a personalized Allen writing pen.
I would highly recommend this very cost attractive deal for new quality picks.

I just picked up a new Style 7 neck that I had Clancy to make for a Top Tension pot that I bought. He completed the new neck, in a short time, and did a super fantastic job, all the way down to the exact finish, spikes and truss rod cover. Put it together and set it up,
ready to play. I am lucky to have him only 15 miles down the road, and with prices and first class luthier work comparible to the best in the business. Thanks Clancy, for a job well done! Joe Hawks.

Where Purchased: Clifford Seales
I was building a Top Tension Style 7, and needed a Peghead and Fingerboard, Inlayed. After a referral by a good friend, I contacted Mr. Clifford Seales in Alabama for my needs. I have been in the past, going to another company to do this for me, and waiting for as much as two months for my order. Clifford, took my order, in detail, sent me pictures of what he was going to do, completed both items in a very short turn-around time, and I might say did a superb job. I could not be more satisified in any way with his craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Mr. Seales for your inlay work on banjo projects. A fine Gentleman with excellent communication skills from start to finish. He is also a member here on the Hangout.

Mr. Don Bryant, In Thurmond, North Carolina, as far as I am concerned, is the best in the banjer business. His caftsmanship in making new necks and overall banjo knowledge is probably the best that there is on the East Coast. He will make you a new or conversion neck to play exactly like you would want it to feel, or he considers his job is not done. Speed neck or stained finished lacquered neck. A Pre-war specialist and can answer any set-up question you might have encountered. Not only can he make necks, fix banjos, but is also one-fine-picker! Very easy and helpful to deal with.
