Heres a 12-bar blues in G that I've been playing and tinkering with for years. Here's the "head", actually three breaks. I have put in three different sets of blues (jazz) chord changes. No bounce to this, or very little - make it drive and make the notes even.

rfrizzle, if there is no mp3, I suggest getting a metronome and start out slow. Looks like they are all quarter notes so if you stay with the beat, and speed up as you progress, you'll get it.
