This was my first attempt at pearl inlay. It is of Golden Mother of Pearl. It is also a Native American design that was found at Moundville. The eye in hand design has appeared many times and many places around the world but its meaning here isn't known. I got the pupil off center a little bit. But I thought it would be better to leave it than try to fix it. So it's a little cross-eyed. I'll do better next time.
