Was signed up for a specific time on stage. Had been sawing, without safety goggles. Ended up at the Emergency Room, simply because it still hurt the next day. Sawdust was gone, but the cornea did have a noticeable spot of damage. So they said put in the drops, put on a pressure patch, and call your eye doc the next day. It's OK a week later.
