Well, I am flirtin'.

As grandfather to seven of the world's Best Looking Young Women, I cannot avoid being an expert as to what looks good.

The sweep of the banjo neck to the left is artistically balanced by the graceful sweep of the musician's neck to the right. The fun nun who taught me art in Freshman year at High School would've given me at least "A-minus", had I the talent to pose my subject thusly, and turn in such a drawing. (Maybe A+, but it's fortyseveral years too late to be handing in homework.)

That banjo is a custom-made Homer Ledford curly maple.  It is my pride & joy!!  The man who built it, Homer, recently died, but he will always live on in my heart as a wonderful gentleman, a superb musician, and a gifted luthier.
